Welcome to Trash Pandas LKN LLC, offering residential trash and recycling collection services in Lake Norman / Lincolnton, North Carolina. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

2. Service Description

Trash Pandas LKN LLC provides scheduled residential trash and recycling collection services. Our services include the collection of general household waste and recyclables, as well as the provision of 95-gallon trash and recycling containers at no additional cost to our customers upon service purchase.

3. User Obligations

• Users must ensure that trash and recycling are properly sorted and placed in the provided 95-gallon containers at the designated collection points before the scheduled collection time.
• The provided containers must not be damaged, lost, stolen, traded, exchanged, or combined. Fees will be incurred for any such actions.
• Hazardous waste is not accepted. Users must comply with local regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous materials.

4. Service Changes, Cancellations, and Pricing

• Trash Pandas LKN LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue service due to operational needs or external factors. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
• Users can cancel or change their service subscription by contacting customer service at least [number] days in advance.
